All orders are shipped with USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping.  

All in-stock orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 3 business days.  Back-ordered non-custom items will usually take between 7 and 10 business days to complete.  If you need your gear by a certain date feel free to contact us to let us know.  Orders containing both in-stock and custom items will ship when all items are complete.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is in the mail. 



Please contact us before shipping a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  In the case of a manufacturing mistake, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the way it was shipped to you. Please do not shove the item in the smallest box to save on shipping. If the item was damaged due to the way it was packaged to be sent back, then a partial refund will be issued. If you are unsure of anything please contact us.

*Custom items or Seconds items are final*

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping your return to us:
After contacting us, about your return, we will send you the return address. Since I sew from home I will not provide the address on this website. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
